Desletargia is a three-movement visual symphony manifesting different states of isolation in nature as a necessary condition for transmutation. Several subjects confined in the boundaries of civilization undertake a range of actions that connect them with the most elemental matter. Once merged with the organic substances that surround them, the inhabitants receive a comeback. The revival of the matter will reveal them its most secluded and essential pulse.

The film is currently in distribution, looking for a World Premiere. It was shortlisted at Quinzaine des Réalisateurs 2020 and Giornate degli Autori 2020 when the pandemic unfortunately cancelled both festivals for the first time ever. It has also been screened at the European Film Market | Berlinale 2021.
