Rey Jaume II de Mallorca  | Laetitia Lara



           For some months I followed Laetitia Lara’s process of transforming a two tons Santañí stone block into a kind king. I summed up this transmutation process on a simple photo book.
           The sculpture of King Jaume II of Mallorca (Montpellier, 1243 - Palma, 1311) is commissioned by the Alaior City Council to commemorate his foundation of the town, more than 700 years ago.
