Festival Pedra Viva
Performing Arts Festival | 2016 - 2019
My roles were Communication Manager, Co-Creative Director & Production Assistant
Pedra Viva is a summer festival in the island of Menorca that fills a labyrinth of abandoned stone quarries with performing arts. A transformative happening that keeps transforming a mine into a contemporary outdoor stage.
The festival is an irradiation point of culture with a multidisciplinary program of ten appointments with contemporary artists/companies who capture the particularity of the setting and come with the desire to experiment with it.
My main contribution on this project was creating from scratch, defining and consolidating a visual and written identinty for this unique setting event, both with spectators, media and our group of 40 private patrons.
By upkeeping aesthetic and quality standards, we became Europe's Most Unusual Outdoor Arts Festival (Forbes) and one of the 15 Best Cultural Projects in Balearic Islands (Observatorio de Cultura).
